Our Philosophy & Purpose

Our philosophy is founded on a deep respect for children and their unlimited potential. We use an active, hands-on process and treat each child as a unique individual. Our classrooms are carefully prepared to encourage children to interact with materials that are appropriate for their development age. Teachers act as guides assisting the process of self-motivated discovery. Children are provided with the opportunity of mixed age grouping during circle time and group activities which create a social setting similar to an extended family. Children benefit academically and socially from this experience, including learning many ground rules for life. We ensure that the safety of the children and employees are paramount, along with good health and hygiene practices. We have systems in place to foster these objectives. We encourage parent participation and involvement.

Infant & Toddler Program

Our Infant & Toddler Program is designed for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 30 months. It is a safe, supportive environment in a small, intimate setting. We create a home-like atmosphere and build trust and provide lots of love and care. In an environment prepared especially for them, children begin to explore the world. They learn to communicate with others, establish self-control and develop social responsibilities which are important skills to master.

Preschool Program

Our Preschool Program is designed for children between the ages of 2.5 to 5 years. Children are grouped according to age and classrooms are made up of 10 or less children. The classroom is adapted to the developmental needs of each child. Activity areas are designed and made available for children to work at their chosen times and areas of interest. Activities emphasize the process of discovery and instill an enduring love of learning. Older children focus on independent thinking, problem solving and cooperative learning. A diverse curriculum helps children master the various facets of education which is reinforced through the use of materials and group activities.

Our Curriculum

The Creative Curriculum for Preschool is an award-winning curriculum for preschool success. Using exploration and discovery as a way of learning, The Creative Curriculum for Preschool enables children to develop confidence, creativity, and lifelong critical thinking skills.

Offers complete support for working with English- and dual-language learners, including detailed guidance that helps to build teachers’ knowledge about best practices.
Contains guidance for working with all learners, including advanced learners and children with disabilities.
