Our philosophy is founded on a deep respect for children and their unlimited potential.
Staff
Our Staff meet the educational and training requirements set by the State of South Carolina.
Most of our staff exceeds these requirements and have a bachelors or higher degree with special certifications in early childhood education. Every staff member has a signed criminal conviction disclosure form on file. We also complete an additional background and criminal check via the S.C. Department of Social Services. Every staff member is also finger printed.
We use an active, hands-on process and treat each child as a unique individual. Our classrooms are carefully prepared to encourage children to interact with materials that are appropriate for their development age. We have systems in place to foster these objectives.
